Bullying is one of the most intractable challenges nursing leaders face in all settings – one that proves very resistant to our many well-intentioned efforts. A 2018 survey of ANA members revealed that 87% of the respondents had experienced bullying at least once in their careers.
This live, free and interactive webinar will highlight actions you can take IMMEDIATELY to begin to lessen bullying and its negative impact on your staff.
