We are working on improving North Dakota’s nursing workplace culture in order to help recruit and retain more nurses. More information is below. You are invited to participate on an online survey and to attend a focus group that will be held throughout the state. Survey results will be used to determine new strategies and to also develop a system to designate health care facilities with healthy nursing workforce culture.
Click on the survey that applies to you to learn more and to participate. Online surveys will be closed October 31, 2019.
Focus Groups
Focus groups for practicing nurses will be held throughout the state. See below for the current schedule, many of them are in process of being scheduled. We will update the focus group schedule on our website at https://www.ndcenterfornursing.org/workplace-culture/ and send out announcements in our newsletter and on our facebook page. The Graduating Nurse Focus groups are being arranged with each education program.
