Nurses continue to rate highest for honesty, ethics in latest Gallup Poll

For the 18th year in a row, the Gallup Poll finds nurses are rated highest among professionals for honesty and ethics. In the survey, 85% of respondents said nurses' honesty and ethical standards are "very high" or "high," about the same as in 2018.
