From the ND Board of Nursing: RN/LPN Scope of Practice Open for Public Comment

Greetings NDNA Members,

In July 2020, the North Dakota Board of Nursing approved a draft comparison table for RN and LPN scope of practice. 

The ND Board of Nursing is accepting public comment on the draft practice guidance through August 31, 2020. If no substantial comments are received, the practice guidance will be adopted and become effective on September 1, 2020. Please see the link below for more information and to review/comment.
