DAISY Nurse Leadership Award - Nominate Someone By May 26th!

This is a reminder that the deadline for nominations for the NDHA DAISY Nurse Leadership Award is May 26.
The award will be presented at our Nurse Leadership Conference on June 27-28. The criteria and link to nominate are below.
Please Note: Any nominee must be a previous 2022 DAISY Honoree and practice in ND. For any questions, please reach out to abrennan@ndha.org.
Criteria:
Role model with extraordinary behaviors that display compassion and exemplary leadership practice within their organization.
Creates an environment that fosters care and compassion in medical and health services. This environment envelopes attributes of trust, compassion, mutual respect, continued professional development, and ethical behavior that is modeled and supported.
A mentor to staff that motivates a shared vision and enthusiasm to achieve better outcomes for themselves and for their patients. Those around them are influenced by their actions and words to lead the same mission.
Promotes and enhances the image of nursing within the organization, the community, and the profession. This is seen by their fellow nurses, leadership, organization, and patients.
Is active or knowledgeable in public policy concerning medical and health services in North Dakota. Takes a special interest in the field and its future.
