New North Dakota Immunization Information System (NDIIS)

Dates to Remember

November 5th – The current NDIIS user registration will be unavailable after this date. Any new users needing access to the NDIIS will not be able to access or submit the NDIIS user registration form until the new NDIIS is live. Any user registrations submitted on or before November 5th will be still be processed.

November 8th – The current NDIIS vaccine ordering, returns, and wastages module will be unavailable after this date. Providers enrolled in the Vaccines for Children (VFC)/Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program(s) will need to place any November orders and enter any vaccine returns or wastages prior to 5pm on November 8th. Any orders, returns, and wastages submitted prior to 5pm on November 8th will still be processed.

November 15th – The current version of NDIIS will be going offline at 7pm (CT) on Friday November 15th. The NDIIS team will be getting the new system live over the weekend. During that time, the NDIIS will be completely unavailable for all users. We are working with all of the technical contacts and EHR vendors for providers whose EHR is electronically connected to the NDIIS to minimize the amount of time our interfaces are unavailable during go live weekend.

November 18th – The new NDIIS will be live for all users!
