VIRTUAL GALLERY Bridging Theory and Practice
Posted about 7 hours ago in VIRTUAL GALLERY

Simulation plays a vital role in modern nursing education by helping students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in real-world clinical settings. With the use of realistic, hands-on experiences, simulation allows nursing students to develop critical thinking, clinical decision-making and technical skills in a safe and controlled environment. This study intended to explore nursing student preferences regarding the use of computerized manikins versus simulated patients across a five-semester nursing program. By identifying which modality students find most beneficial to their learning and understanding why, educators can tailor simulation experiences to enhance clinical preparedness and overall competence.
